A decade of solving, one experience at a time.
My journey didn't start with a company name; it started with a curiosity about how people interact with the world. Back in 2017, I began my path as a freelancer by starting my mywork by Krati Vyas, working hands-on with startups to bridge the gap between technical requirements and actual human needs.
Over the years, those individual projects evolved into something much larger. I moved from being a designer in the trenches to a strategic architect, managing cross-functional teams and navigating the high-pressure demands of scaling products from hundreds to thousands of users.
In Oct 2024, that seven-year evolution reached its milestone. What began as a personal consulting practice is now officially Crewnox Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd.
Today, Crewnox is the home for my focus on high-level CX strategy, and innovation. I've taken everything I learned from those early days in 2017—the successes, the pivot points, and the deep research—and turned it into a methodology that helps the next generation of founders and designers build with intention.
